I'm Jagadhiswaran. I build AI systems, and the software they run on.

I started in 2020 building web apps, moved server-side with Node.js and GraphQL, and learned to see an application as one system rather than a frontend and a backend. Since 2023 I have worked on a manufacturing SaaS platform: first close to enterprise customers, then on the frontend, and now full-stack across Kotlin and Spring Boot services, accounting and ERP integrations, and infrastructure.

Most of my leverage now comes from agents. I built a working-memory system so coding agents keep context across sessions, repos and harnesses, and I use it every day. I write about what changes when agents write most of the code: delegation, review, and why fundamentals matter more, not less.

The work I want more of is zero-to-one: a vague problem, a system to design, and the responsibility of making it hold up in production.

How I work

Ownership, end to end
I take problems from ambiguity to production and stay accountable for how they behave in the real world, long after the PR merges.
Reliability is the product
In systems people trust with their money and their time, correctness and uptime are features. I design for the failure cases, not just the happy path.
Velocity with rigor
Speed and quality are not a trade-off. Small releases, clear boundaries, and real tests are what let me ship fast and safely.
Build for the team
I write code and docs the next engineer can extend without me in the room. Maintainability is how a team’s velocity compounds.
Start from the customer
I find the real problem before writing the solution, and I optimize for the outcome the customer actually feels.
AI as a force multiplier
I build AI into my own workflow so my hours go to judgment and design, not repetitive toil.
